Job summary

Evolution Mechanical and Controls, LLC, a Modigent company, is seeking a Service Agent in Irving, TX (on-site). You will own the day-to-day service coordination from initial request to billing, serving as the customer’s main contact and connecting customers with technicians and the account team.

You’ll triage requests, set up customers, dispatch work, issue POs, and ensure accurate, timely invoicing. Strong communication and organization help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering a positive customer experience.
• - Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or similar operations role.
• - Able to make independent, sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
• -Comfort learning and navigating field service management, CRM, or ERP-adjacent software.
• - Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, or billing is a plus.
• - Strong phone and written communication skills with a professional tone.
• - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• - Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the customer.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming service requests and triage by urgency.
• Set up new customers and properties in the field service management system.
• Create and dispatch service jobs and coordinate technician assignments.
• Issue and fulfill purchase orders to technicians and vendors.
• Review completed jobs for accuracy before billing and ensure timely invoicing.
• Coordinate scheduling and return visits with customers and technicians.
• Collaborate with service managers and estimator team as needed.
