Job summary

Evolution Mechanical and Controls, LLC is seeking a Service Agent to own the day-to-day service coordination process—from the initial service request through dispatch, purchasing, job review, and billing. You will be the customer’s main point of contact throughout the service call and act as a bridge between customers, technicians, Service Managers, and the Estimator team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience in service coordination, dispatch, or related operations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with field service management, CRM, or ERP-like systems is beneficial.
• Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, or billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming service requests and triage by urgency.
• Set up new customers and properties in the field service system.
• Create and dispatch service jobs, coordinating technician assignments with the Service Manager.
• Issue and fulfill purchase orders to technicians and vendors; track receipts.
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up visits with customers and technicians.
• Review completed jobs for accuracy before billing; route for quotes when needed.
• Bill completed jobs, ensuring timely and customer-friendly invoicing.
• Act as a steady, responsive liaison for customers, technicians, and the service team.
