Job summary

Allied Universal Technology Services is seeking a Service Coordinator in Lombard, IL to serve as the primary contact for a single client, handling inquiries, dispatching resources, and tracking service orders with a focus on timely resolution.

Responsibilities include maintaining SLA, reporting results, escalating critical issues, and ensuring clear communication across teams while supporting program management and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in Operations Coordination or related field.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• MS Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Project, Teams) and PDF handling.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients.
• Manages multiple priorities and meets tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and decisive.
• Familiar with metrics and dashboards for KPIs/CPIs.
• On-call availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Route requests and inquiries to appropriate parties using the service toolset, phone, email, or chat.
• Coordinate with all departments for service activities and escalation.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Maintain SLA requirements and document issues promptly.
• Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled while maintaining customer relations.
• Track cases and report anomalies to management.
• Assist subcontractors and program manager with scheduling.
• Produce on-demand and recurring reports for Service Management.
• Update Work Order Tasks as assigned, and follow up with customers.
