Job summary

Closet Factory Minnesota is seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to be the hub of customer communication and project coordination. You will liaise with customers, designers, installers and office staff to ensure smooth progress from start to finish.

You will manage calls, appointments, and project updates, keeping records current and deadlines on track while supporting the team with administrative tasks in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

• Resolving customer questions and service concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining accurate customer records and entering information into company software systems
• Tracking project details and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments
• Prioritizing daily responsibilities and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Assisting the team with administrative and customer service support as needed
