Closet Factory Minnesota is seeking a motivated Service Coordinator to be the main point of contact for customers, designers, installers, and office staff. You will manage a high volume of calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate calendars across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and excels at clear communication. You will enter data into the company software, track project details, and provide friendly, solutions-focused support from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Answering and managing a high volume of incoming phone calls
• Scheduling customer appointments and coordinating calendars
• Working directly with clients throughout every phase of their project
• Communicating with field personnel, including installers and service technicians
• Resolving customer questions and service concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining accurate customer records and entering information into company software systems
• Tracking project details and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and commitments
• Prioritizing daily responsibilities and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Assisting the team with administrative and customer service support as needed
