Jobot is seeking a Service Coordinator for a commercial HVAC contractor in West Sacramento, CA. The role focuses on coordinating service requests, dispatching technicians, and supporting billing to keep operations efficient.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in service coordination or related fields and be proficient with Microsoft Office and BuildOps or similar ERP software. This is an on-site, permanent position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in service coordination, dispatching, scheduling, billing, or administrative support, preferably in construction, mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management or ERP software, ideally BuildOps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming service requests and respond to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Dispatch technicians for service calls based on operational priorities and maintain communication with customers regarding service status and job progress.
• Monitor open calls and work orders daily to ensure timely scheduling, completion, and closeout, escalating issues as needed.
• Review and manage work orders for accuracy, completeness, and documentation to support billing processes.
• Create invoices for completed work and assist with prebilling reviews to ensure prompt closure of work orders.
• Maintain accurate records within service software and support documentation and workflow tracking related to service activity.
