Job summary

Pipp Mobile Storage Systems is seeking a Service Coordinator in Grand Rapids, MI to support the Install Department by coordinating after-market service and warranty work across vendors and account managers. The role emphasizes timely response to service orders and efficient parts coordination.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree or equivalent with 2 years’ experience, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis in Excel.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds in a timely manner to service calls and service orders from outside vendors, account managers, and web-based requests, coordinating the necessary parts and services as needed.
• Sets up site surveys.
• Responds to requests for warranty work and coordinates parts and repairs associated with warranty requests.
• Maintains professionalism in all verbal and written communications.
• Maintains a high level of integrity and work ethic.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess Or Demonstrate The Following

Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
