Job summary

RiseMe in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the production service team. You will enter and track service work orders, keep account data accurate, and coordinate daily workforce plans to maximize efficiency.

You will respond to customer inquiries, generate reports on open orders including invoicing, and liaise with other departments to fulfill service needs. This role may involve sales of additional services and may visit customers\' premises.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The production service team ensures customer issues are addressed to the customer’s satisfactionin a timely mannerin accordance withCavco warranties and commitments. Ensuring ongoing customer loyalty and brand support is a key driver of production service team success.

The ServiceCoordinators provide logistical and administrative support to customer services representations, service technicians, and servicemanagertofacilitatecustomer issue tracking, triage, and remediation. This role Works independently executing non-complex specific process steps under continuous quality review and coaching as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires a high school diploma orits equivalent.
• Working as a Customer Service Coordinator typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
• May be entry level if some experience in the skill.
• Works under moderate supervision.
