Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Writer located in Denver, CO. The Service Writer will manage work orders, maintain communication between customers and the service department, and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting clients with service requests, scheduling repairs, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs. Additionally, the Service Writer will maintain accurate documentation, handle service inquiries, and provide status updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional client interaction
• Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy, including the ability to use service management software
