United Radio invites applications for a Customer Relations Associate 1 in New York. This entry-level role helps customers with courteous, quality, professional assistance while becoming familiar with United Radio’s products and services.

You will respond to inquiries, process basic orders, and act as a liaison between customers and technical departments, developing foundational customer service skills and a professional approach.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.

Customer Relations Associate 1

Entry-level- Allows employees to develop foundational skills and become familiar with United Radio’s products and services

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries received through any channel and utilize developed Customer Service skills; Professionalism, Communication, Active Listening, Positive Attitude and Problem Solving to assist customers efficiently and effectively as well as act as a liaison between technical departments and customers. Process Orders and reply to all customer inquiries on a basic level following the guidelines for program assignments

Education and/or experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience. Or experience in customer service or call center preferred.
