Onecranesource is seeking a capable Customer Service/Operations Support professional to help optimize scheduling, audit reports, and assemble billing information. You will coordinate with end users and field operatives, source necessary supplies, and retrieve purchase orders from customers.

Qualifications include 1–2 years in a customer service role, a high school diploma or GED, and familiarity with MS Word/Excel. Prior experience in manufacturing or automotive settings is preferred.

• Exhibits ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with frustrated customers.
• Possesses basic computer skills and is familiar with MS Word and Excel.
• Manages time efficiently.
