Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day schedule for Service Technicians in your area.
• Field customer calls and ensure timely responses.
• Prepare quotations and estimates for customers.
• Coordinate with Project Manager for start-up information.
• Process work orders, invoices and related documentation.
• Maintain department reports (payroll, job costing, startup status).
