Job summary

You will coordinate day-to-day scheduling for Service Technicians, manage communications between customers, technicians and internal teams, and ensure everyone stays informed and on track.

The role supports maintenance contracts, estimates, parts ordering, job scheduling, and billing while ensuring compliance with ammonia refrigeration regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities
