Job summary

APCCO in Modesto, CA is seeking a Service Coordinator to help keep our field service operations running smoothly. You will coordinate day-to-day scheduling for Service Technicians, manage communications between customers, technicians and internal teams, and ensure everyone stays informed and on track.

The role supports maintenance contracts, estimates, parts ordering, job scheduling, and billing while ensuring compliance with ammonia refrigeration regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for Service Technicians, managing communication between customers, technicians, and internal team members to keep everyone informed and on track.
• Support ongoing customer needs by maintaining preventative maintenance contracts, coordinating repair estimates, ordering parts, scheduling work, and processing customer billing.
• Maintain customer documentation in compliance with ammonia refrigeration regulations based on geographic requirements.
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and professional team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually.
