Job summary

Goodwill South Florida is seeking a Service Contract Manager to ensure contract performance per the Scope of Work and meet customer expectations. You will collaborate with operations, quality, and training teams to guarantee safe, efficient service, staffing, and timely reports.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with a Florida driver’s license and a high school diploma (associate degree preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Valid State of Florida Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• On-the-job experience considered favorable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Division Operations Manager, Quality Control/Training Manager, and Training Supervisor to ensure proper training and safety procedures.
• Responsible for budgets, P&L statements, quality control, staffing, training, and work assignments; also handles timecards.
• Conducts regular on-site quality control inspections with Site Supervisor and/or customer.
• Reads, interprets, and implements the Scope of Work for contracts and communicates requirements to Site Supervisor and workers.
• Substitutes for an absent Site Supervisor on short notice.
• Maintains written reports, inspections, PO requests, employee evaluations, inventory reports, and other forms as needed.
