Job summary

Victory Automotive Group seeks a Service Concierge to lead the customer care experience in our busy California stores. You will be the chief advocate for customers, coordinating with service, sales and management to ensure timely problem resolution and a seamless visit.

The ideal candidate has dealership familiarity, strong communication, and a proven ability to build loyalty through proactive follow-up and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers
• Proven interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term loyalty
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in a large dealership or automotive environment a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage customer experience and adjust processes for maximum satisfaction
• Maintain clear communication with customers before, during and after a sale or service visit
• Maintain an active follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop action plans to address problems and bridge between customer and department
• Attend department meetings and share feedback on customer experience
• Provide back-up support to ensure seamless customer experience
• Perform other assigned duties
