Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Service Concierge to lead customer care initiatives across our stores. You will be the chief advocate for customers, guiding interactions from initial contact through post-visit follow-ups to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.

The ideal candidate has experience in a high-volume dealership and some supervisory experience, with strong sales aptitude and excellent communication. Proficiency with CRM systems and a professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a large-volume dealership.
• Strong sales aptitude, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Ability to adjust transactions and provide reimbursements to improve customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer experience and makes adjustments to maximize satisfaction.
• Maintains communication with customers to resolve issues before, during and after a sale or service visit.
• Maintains a solid follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develops action plans to rectify problems and bridges between customer and department.
• Attends meetings and shares feedback on customer experience.
• Provides back-up support to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
