Job summary

Bill Pearce BMW – Reno, Nevada is seeking a BMW Service Greeter / Appointment & Loaner Coordinator to join the Service Department. This full-time role runs 7:30 AM–4:30 PM with Wednesdays and Sundays off. The position blends customer-facing service-drive duties with appointment coordination and loaner fleet control.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused and organized, able to communicate by phone and in person, and comfortable using dealership software. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify arriving customers and verify scheduled service appointments.
• Assist with managing customer and vehicle flow through the service drive.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor and relay appointment details.
• Verify contact information and transportation needs for appointments.
• Coordinate loaner vehicle reservations and check-outs.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and update service appointments.
• Provide administrative support as service-drive traffic slows.
