BMW Seattle is seeking a Service Concierge to support dealership operations from our downtown Seattle location. This onsite role requires open availability for a rotating 13‑hour shift schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, reporting to the Assistant Service Manager.

Starting pay is $21.30 per hour with a range up to $23 hourly. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth within Lithia & Driveway’s network.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or automotive experience.
• Previous dealership experience is ideal but not required.
• Be able to navigate technology with ease.
• Be passionate about the BMW brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path.
• Professional in appearance and communications.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Operate several types of cars, light trucks, and vans, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Help us earn customers for life by creating welcoming and trust worthy experiences for our customers.
• Wash BMWs and organize vehicles within the dealership.
• Support the service department with parking logistics.
