Zusammenfassung

Hawthorne Cat is seeking a Service Communicator in California to ensure effective communication, profitability, and reputation of service shops. You will prepare repair estimates, proformas, and invoices, document work per industry standards and CAT regulations, and maintain strong customer relationships with timely updates.

Required are 2+ years in general office settings, 3–5 years in customer service/sales, PC skills, and a valid California Class C license.

Qualifikationen

• Two years general office experience preferred.
• Three to five years of customer service, relationship building and/or sales experience preferred.
• PC skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Provide effective and timely communication to both internal and external customers.
• Provide customers with repair updates to meet expectations and loyalty.
• Maintain knowledge of parts, labor and related charges.
• Open work orders with all related codes.
• Prepare and provide customers a proforma/invoice promptly.
• Maintain WIP aligned with department metrics.
• Assign jobs to technicians as needed.
• Follow Hawthorne Cat's Code of Conduct.
