Job summary

The Supervisory Chiropractor (Service Chief) will lead the PM&R Service at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center, directing planning, development, and oversight of all service functions and programs.

As Chief PM&R, you will supervise clinical and administrative teams, set policies, mentor staff, and collaborate with other services to maximize patient function and quality of care. This on-site role requires a state licensure and commitment to a federal healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of a multifaceted PM&R service.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures for the PM&R service line.
• Provide treatment with emphasis on maximizing function in psychosocial and physical recovery.
• Complete electronic progress notes with patient status, goals, and discharge plans.
• Mentor Chiropractic staff and supervise CAM clinical providers and support staff.
