Job summary

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs TVHS seeks a staff physiatrist in PM&R to deliver clinical physiatry services to eligible Veterans and to support the Chief of PM&R in advancing the service's mission.

The role includes teaching residents and medical students, supervising clinical teams, and participating in program development and accreditation. This is a full-time position within the VA Medical Center, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for CME.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree and full unrestricted license.
• Residency in Physiatry with board eligibility/certification as required by VA.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient physiatry services to eligible Veterans.
• Supervise and teach PM&R residents and medical students.
• Participate in program development, accreditation, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with PM&R leadership and VA hospital staff to improve care.
