Qualifications

• Degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field (preferred) OR similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
• Ensure warehouse layout optimizes space and operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular audits.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales to manage stock and prevent shortages or excess.
• Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Schedule staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance and staffing productivity.
• Evaluate and implement continuous improvements to processes.
