Job summary

Graybar in Austell, GA is seeking a Service Center Administrator to handle logistics, inventory management and support for service operations. You will perform inbound/outbound administrative tasks, review WMS reports and help improve processes while maintaining accurate records and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in an administrative/service center role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of administrative and service functions.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound or outbound administrative tasks in the Service Center.
• Review Warehouse Management System reports and suggest improvements.
• Provide feedback and participate in quality improvement teams.
• Maintain office equipment and inventory of forms/supplies; ensure proper record destruction.
• Participate in annual inventory and closing activities.
• Interface with all levels of staff and management.
