Job summary

Graybar Electric Company in Austell, GA is hiring a Service Center Administrator to handle administrative tasks within the service center, including logistics, inventory management, and data entry. You will support daily operations, review WMS reports, and help maintain office equipment and supplies.

The role offers a stable schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with starting pay in the $20.00–$25.00/hour range, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of local stock products.
• Data entry skills.
• Attention to detail skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
• Ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• In this role you will: Perform inbound or outbound tasks related to the administrative department.
• Review Warehouse Management System reports; suggest and implement improvements.
• Provide feedback and participate on quality improvement teams to limit rework and streamline administrative functions.
• Maintain office equipment and inventory of standard forms/supplies; manage records per policy.
• Participate in annual inventory and closing work.
• Interface with all levels of employees and management.
