Job summary

Graybar is seeking an experienced administrative operations leader in the Atlanta area to oversee multiple zone/service centers. You will manage workforce planning, mentor staff, and ensure efficient delivery of admin services to internal and external customers.

The role requires supervision of administrative tasks, workflows, supplier credits, and reporting. Strong MS Office, SAP, and WMS knowledge plus leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing administrative operations and supervision of staff.
• Ability to hire, train, evaluate, mentor, reward, discipline and succession plan.
• Knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.
• Strong organizational and mathematical/logic skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of workforce management for administrative employees.
• Oversee administrative workflows, approvals, and supplier credits.
• Maintain office equipment and inventory of forms and supplies.
• Monitor service levels and staffing for optimal customer service.
• Ensure security regulations and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with district admin to maintain timely reporting and inventory.
• Lead process improvements and participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
• Visit zones to support customer service standards.
