Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing, distribution, service center, or related industry experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving operational results.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and expense control.
• Experience improving operational performance through process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with safety programs.
• Drive daily operations to achieve quality, service, productivity, and delivery targets.
• Own facility financial performance including sales growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet annual sales, margin, and operational goals.
• Build strong customer relationships and partner with sales to expand market share.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
