Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams, plan workloads, and drive safe, efficient operations. You will partner with the Production Manager to organize workflows, monitor KPI metrics, and uphold safety and quality standards in a dynamic plant environment.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of production leadership experience, strong computer skills, familiarity with ERP and assembly-management software, and a proven ability to coach staff

Qualifications

• Leads safety, quality, productivity, cost and morale improvements.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and staff development.
• Interprets and relays production data and KPIs.
• Maintains safe, organized TPS-style workplace and WPO.
• Records KPIs and updates daily reports; summarizes shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with Safety and Quality standards.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct appraisals.
• Collaborate with upstream departments to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate scrap and inventory data; request maintenance as needed.
