Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (OBE) is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing teams in a dynamic plant environment. You will plan, assign, and optimize work processes while driving safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

You will lead, train, and support teams, ensure KPI tracking and reporting, and coordinate with upstream departments to meet customer needs. Strong problem-solving, ERP experience, and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Leader/Shop Leader.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with ERP software, Assembly management software, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong work ethic.
• Ability to create and adhere to production processes and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Balances safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee morale to achieve positive results.
• Provides leadership, management, direct supervision, motivation, and a professional approach.
• Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Leads a safe, well-organized workplace with active WPO in a TPS Environment.
• Records daily KPIs and maintains updated reports, summarizing at shift end.
• Provides employee coaching and development and resolves issues through problem solving.
• Performs employee performance appraisals and provides feedback in real-time.
• Collaborates with upstream departments to ensure timely shipments.
• Manages production support systems, scrap/inventory data, and maintenance requests.
