Job summary

Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Service Center Administrator in Taunton, MA. The role focuses on administrative activities in service center operations, including logistics, inventory management, and system security, with interactions across all levels of staff.

You will support inbound/outbound tasks, analyze WMS reports, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining office equipment and inventory controls. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm as stated.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in an administrative or service-center role.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management System and customer markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
• Attention to detail and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound or outbound administrative tasks in the Service Center.
• Review Warehouse Management System reports and suggest improvements.
• Participate in quality improvement teams to reduce rework.
• Maintain office equipment and inventory of forms and supplies.
• Assist with annual inventory and closing work; interface with staff and management.
