Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Service Center Administrator to perform a range of administrative duties within the Service Center, including logistics, inventory control, and system security. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and process improvement, with a starting pay of $25.00 per hour and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, a high school diploma/GED, and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform inbound or outbound tasks related to the administrative department.
• Perform multiple, varied administrative tasks in the Service Center.
• Review Warehouse Management System reports; suggest and implement improvement steps.
• Provide feedback and participate on quality improvement teams.
• Maintain office equipment and inventory of supplies; manage records per policy.
• Participate in annual inventory and closing activities.
• Interface with all levels of employees and management.
