You will plan weekly schedules, drive KPI-informed improvements, and maintain safety and store standards while building customer trust through Valvoline’s quick, easy, trusted process.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience required (coaching, training, and supervising a team)
• Customer service mindset with ability to build loyalty while following procedures
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and making sound judgments under pressure
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance and identify improvements
• Schedule flexibility, including potential weekend availability
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking, required

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and maintenance services for guests' vehicles
• Supervise daily service center operations and train new team members
• Open and close the service center, ensuring safety and security protocols
• Develop weekly work schedules and manage labor coverage and conflicts
• Lead and train the team to support development and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment
