Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager in Bossier City, LA. You will lead a high-performance team, supervise daily operations, and ensure excellent guest service through VIOC’s trusted process.

You will train team members, manage schedules, and support inventory and audits while maintaining a clean, safe center. This role emphasizes leadership and customer-focused execution.

Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience required (coaching, training, and supervising a team).
• Customer service mindset and loyalty-building ability.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
• Experience using KPI data to monitor performance and trends.
• Schedule flexibility (weekend availability likely).
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and maintenance services and educate guests on vehicle care.
• Supervise daily service-center operations and train new team members.
• Develop and maintain efficient weekly work schedules and ensure labor law compliance.
• Assist with inventory, store audits, and quality control.
• Open/close the service center and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Lead and train the team to develop their skills and performance.
