Job summary

The role prioritizes leadership, team development, and proactive problem solving to improve service levels and warehouse performance while collaborating with regional sales for new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 4+ years in customer service, inside sales and/or warehouse services with increasing responsibility and leadership.
• Proficient with computers and common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead service center operations to deliver safe, efficient, compliant performance.
• Develop annual service center plans, budgets, and cost control.
• Monitor workflows, KPI performance, and ensure timely service, warehouse and logistics duties.
• Manage accounts receivable issues and maintain customer service quality with internal partners.
• Promote safety, training, and DOT/SOX compliance across the team.
• Communicate with regional/corporate sales to support new business and service levels.
