Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and keep the service center running at peak performance.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities and address challenges.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Review revenue trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner on sales strategies and expand territory.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Create and execute sales and marketing action plans.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and regulatory standards (DOT, OSHA, EPA, ICC).
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
