Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred — automotive, retail, or service industry all translate.
• Willingness to complete our Manager-in-Training program.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Strong customer service and sales mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations including sales, service, and financial performance.
• Lead by example — deliver exceptional customer service and drive results on the floor.
• Drive revenue growth by coaching your team on service recommendations and sales execution.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor to hit budget and service targets.
• Oversee inventory management, cash controls, and operational processes.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalated guest issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational facility.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
