Job summary

Grease Monkey International Rapid City, SD, is seeking a Center Manager to lead our service center to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and profitability. You will balance hands-on leadership in the bay with strategic oversight of revenue, costs, safety, and talent development.

You will foster a high-performing, service-driven team, manage vehicle health checks, fleet relationships, staffing, and compliance, and own the full P&L.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people leadership experience in automotive or service retail.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Proven track record in high-volume, customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experiences and drive sales across services and memberships.
• Lead service technicians and managers to deliver high-quality work.
• Own the center's P&L, control labor and operating costs.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and efficient daily operations.
• Build relationships with fleet accounts and local communities.
