Job summary

Gills Point S Tire & Auto in Colorado seeks a Service Center Manager to lead daily shop operations, grow sales, coach technicians, and deliver an outstanding customer experience with integrity and teamwork.

You will recruit and develop staff, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality, safety-conscious workmanship while building lasting relationships in the local community. A related degree and automotive leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in automotive repair, tire, or retail service environment.
• Strong automotive knowledge including tires, preventative maintenance, and general repair services.
