Job summary

Gills Point S Tire in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead daily operations of our retail tire and automotive service center, partnering with the Store Manager to drive sales, service quality, and efficiency.

You will develop employees, build customer relationships, monitor inventory, scheduling, and payroll, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive, tire, or retail service experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and business applications.
• Ability to establish lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Understanding of labor management, productivity metrics, sales performance, and cost control.
• Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities
