You will coach technicians, optimize workflow, manage budgets, and grow sales while upholding integrity and quality workmanship. A strong leadership background in automotive service and a focus on customer satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in Business/Management preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in automotive repair, tire, or retail service.
• Strong automotive knowledge including tires, maintenance, and general repair services.
• Demonstrated success leading teams, coaching employees, and developing talent.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience driving sales, improving customer retention, and achieving business goals.
• Financial acumen including budgeting, labor management, and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the service center and develop a high-performing team.
• Oversee customer service, sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor shop workflow, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Coach technicians and staff through ongoing training and development.
• Manage budgets, expenses, billing, invoicing, and cash flow.
