Job summary

Gills Point S Tire & Auto is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the daily retail tire and automotive service center. You will partner with the Store Manager to oversee sales, customer service, scheduling, inventory, and team development.

You will coach and develop staff, ensure safety and policies are followed, and drive performance with a focus on growth and accountability. Join a fast-paced, customer-focused team combining service excellence with business results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive, tire, or retail service experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and business applications.
• Ability to establish lasting customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Understanding of labor management, productivity metrics, sales performance and cost control.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work while maintaining quality.
