You will manage daily shop operations, coach technicians, build lasting community relationships, monitor KPIs and profitability, and ensure safe, organized, and high-quality workmanship. This on-site leadership role rewards a strong business mindset and integrity.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership experience in automotive repair, tire, or retail service.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, and KPI analysis.
• ASE Certifications or other industry certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or substantial managerial experience in auto service.
