Gills Point S Tire is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead daily operations of our retail tire and automotive service center. You will partner with the Store Manager to supervise sales, customer service, scheduling, inventory, and team development, driving an outstanding customer experience and business results.

You’ll coach staff, manage workflows, monitor performance metrics, and ensure safety and policy adherence while fostering a positive, growth-minded team culture.

Formación

• 3+ years in automotive, tire, or retail service environment.
• Supervisory or managerial experience (2+ years).
• Experience in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting.
• Proficiency with computers and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operations of a busy tire and automotive service center.
• Build relationships with customers, team members, and vendors.
• Drive sales growth through outstanding customer service and operational excellence.
• Assist with employee scheduling, payroll administration, and workflow management.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory control processes.
