Job summary

Southwest Coaches is seeking a Service Center Manager to oversee busing operations at a Minnesota service center. The role coordinates across departments, ensures safety, and manages budgets while driving policy development and regulatory compliance.

You will interact with drivers, staff, executives, and clients to uphold operational excellence. Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in transportation, strong leadership, and excellent problem-solving abilities, along with familiarity with safety

Service Center ManagerPosition Summary:The role of Service Center Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the busing operations of a specific service center. The Service Center Manager duties include coordinating and supervising procedures across departments, ensuring safety, and managing route budgets. The person in this role communicates with a diverse group of stakeholders, from drivers and bus staff to senior executives and clients.
