Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle along assigned routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle for safety and compliance.
• Assist passengers during boarding and disembarking, including children and those with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and incidents.
• Communicate with dispatchers and team regarding route changes or passenger needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and regulations while driving.

School Bus Driver We are seeking dedicated and responsible School Bus Drivers to safely transport students while providing excellent customer service. The school year is underway, and we’re still hiring! Join our team and take advantage of PAID TRAINING to get started with confidence. No prior school bus driving experience required, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Duties

• Safely operate a vehicle along assigned routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist passengers, including children and those with disabilities, during boarding and disembarking.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger counts, mileage, and any incidents that occur during the route.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding route changes or passenger needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in school bus driving preferred, but not necessary.
• Basic mechanical understanding to perform pre-trip inspections.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to write reports and maintain accurate records.
• Previous experience in childcare or working with children is an advantage.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
