CCFS is seeking a Service Center Manager responsible for directing a team focused on providing excellent customer satisfaction and timely delivery. Pay

$80,000-$90,000/year (dependent on experience and knowledge of the transportation industry)

Typical Daily Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and oversee staff work to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Monitor and direct dispatch activities, including tracking, routing, and dispatching transportation vehicles
  • Implement changes to transportation services, policies, or scheduling as needed
  • Foster a safety-focused, proactive, and efficient workforce culture
  • Coach team members to develop talent and enable growth
  • Ensure high service levels, including on-time pickups and deliveries and a claims-free environment
  • Manage productivity and labor costs effectively
  • Use reports to manage goals, accuracy, and efficiency in route planning and operations
  • Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities and integrate them into the network
  • Coordinate with fleet and external services for vehicle maintenance and repair
Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in LTL operations or a similar leadership role
  • Valid Class A CDL preferred, but not required
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Career-oriented with succession planning abilities
  • Independent thinker capable of engaging team members
