What you’ll do:

  • Provide operations leadership for our Mobile & Chevron Pascagoula Center’s
  • Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your region
  • Coach and develop 8-10 technical employees
  • Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution
  • Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center
  • Accountable for local fleet
  • Ensure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deployment
  • Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teams
  • Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors
  • Act safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings

We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • 5-7 years of relevant operations leadership experience
  • 3 years of direct management of technical employees
  • Manage P&L of 5 years of reporting and analysis
  • Experience as location safety leader
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Experience with common construction and industrial tools or mechanical background
  • Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs.
