Job summary

Trek Store Hooksett is seeking a proactive Service Manager to lead the service center operations, align workflow and staffing with store goals, and ensure Trek’s signature hospitality in every customer experience.

You’ll be the primary service advisor, train and motivate your team, manage costs, keep orders organized, and drive service KPIs while helping sales floor flow. Excellent communication and leadership are a must.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bicycle service center experience.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to attend Trek Service classes and stay up to date with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store Service Center operations, including workflow, staffing, and KPIs.
• Serve as primary service advisor, integrating sales and service with Trek hospitality.
• Train and develop the service team, engage customers, and manage service costs.
• Maintain organized service orders, ensure department cleanliness, and oversee bike builds for delivery to sales floor.
• Write over 50% of work orders and communicate effectively with customers.
