Job summary

Grease Monkey International is seeking a Center Manager in Texas to lead the service center with an owner’s mindset. You will balance hands‑on leadership in the bay with strategic oversight of revenue, costs, safety, and talent development.

You’ll drive customer‑centric service, ensure operational excellence, and build a high‑performing team that prioritizes integrity and profitability. Weekend/evening availability is expected on site.

Qualifications

Experience leading teams in a fast‑paced service environment.
Proven ability to grow revenue and drive KPIs while controlling costs.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling tools, and business software.
Prior automotive or service retail management is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience grounded in trust, transparency, and efficiency.
Build lasting relationships with customers and fleet accounts to drive repeat business.
Lead the execution of a consistent, high‑quality sales process including vehicle health checks and service recommendations.
Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets across services and fleet partnerships.
Own the center’s P&L and oversee labor, parts, inventory and store operating expenses.
