Job summary

Aggreko is hiring a Service Center Manager for its Lithonia, GA service center. The role leads daily operations, coordinates technicians and labor, and ensures fleet readiness for deployments, while partnering with sales and logistics to meet customer needs.

The position emphasizes safety leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and developing a high-performing technical team within a dynamic energy solutions environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Power generation and HVAC preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant operations leadership experience.
• 6+ years of direct management of technical employees.
• Experience managing P&L and leading reporting/analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations leadership for the Lithonia, GA Service Center.
• Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers.
• Coach and develop 10+ technical employees.
• Coordinate technician and contract labor for job execution.
• Oversee daily operations and logistics of the service center.
• Ensure fleet maintenance, availability, and reliability for deployment.
• Partner with sales, fleet, and logistics teams.
• Lead safety at location via toolbox talks and meetings.
